Worm castings are a biologically active, nutrient-rich mix of earthworm castings and decomposed organic matter.

These castings come from compost that has been processed with Red Wiggler worms. Ingredients include base of FG Veggie Garden Compost. Worms were fed fresh food scraps (no citrus) and covered with leaves. The finished material was then sifted into two sizes, large particles as "Worm Compost”, small particles as “Worm Castings.”
